The building is on 4th Avenue South between 3rd Street and 4th Street. It is connected by skyway to the U.S. Courthouse and by tunnel to City Hall, the Hennepin County Government Center, the Gateway Municipal Parking Ramp, and the Jerry Haaf Parking Ramp.

Street Parking:

Parking on the street is available on 4th Avenue from Washington Avenue to 5th Street, and on 3rd Street from Park Avenue to 3rd Avenue. The city recently put in meters that take credit cards. We love that! The parking on 4th Avenue is $1.50 per hour, on 3rd Street between 5th Avenue and 3rd Avenue is $1.50 per hour, and 3rd Street between Park Avenue and 5th Avenue is $.50 per hour.

Gateway Municipal Parking Ramp:

Located on 4th Avenue between Washington Avenue and 3rd Street, with entrances on 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue. Cost is $4 per hour, up to $12 per day. The ramp accepts credit cards at the entrance and exit gates or you can take a ticket and pay at the kiosk on the skyway level (third floor of the ramp in the west skyway). In inclimate weather, indoor access to our office is available by taking the skyway to the Jerry Haaf Parking Ramp, taking those elevators to the lower level, taking the tunnel to the U.S. Courthouse, taking those elevators to the skyway level, then taking the skyway to the Flour Exchange Building. In nice weather, our building is just across the intersection at 4th Avenue and 3rd Street.

Jerry Haaf Memorial Ramp:

Located on 5th Avenue between 4th Street and 3rd Street, with entrances on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. Cost is $3 per hour, up to to $9 per day. The ramp accepts both cash and credit cards Рpayment kiosks are located in the lobby for cash payments and credit cards can be used at the exit. In inclimate weather, indoor access is available by taking the elevators to the lower level, taking the tunnel to the U.S. Courthouse, taking those elevators to the skyway level, then taking the skyway to the Flour Exchange Building. In nice weather, the ramp is one block from our office.

Light Rail Access:

The City Hall Lightrail station is at 5th Street between 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue. Walk one block north on 4th Avenue and you will see our building.

Bus Access:

The 4th Avenue and 4th Street stop has service for the following bus routes: 3, 16, 50, 94, 7, 22, 491, 755, 758,and 764. Check the Metro Transit bus schedule for specific times and routes.
